2. Triangle press switch bracket

Press the left button to move the dense shelf to the left, and press the right button to move the dense shelf to the right.

3. Brushless DC motor drive

The mobile column is driven by a S150W low-voltage brushless DC motor. Adopting a flexible curve running pipeline with fast start, high-speed operation, and gentle closure. The maximum speed, minimum speed, acceleration and deceleration slope of the frame can be freely adjusted by the user, and the standard 80cm channel opening time is less than 12 seconds

4. Security protection

It can accurately detect the number of personnel inside the rack on both sides of the channel. When there are people inside the rack, it automatically locks and prohibits manual or electric operation by outsiders. When there is no one inside the rack, it automatically unlocks. When there are people in the rack, the LCD screen displays graphical information. The detection of personnel inside the rack should be accurate and reliable in counting, and pipelines such as slow and fast entry by users can be reliably counted.

5. Manual mode

Configure manual power on in case of power outage. Under charged conditions, whether manually or electrically operated, the distance the frame opens can be displayed on the current LCD screen.

6. Emergency stop

Mechanical emergency stop pipeline with built-in emergency stop button and kick switch.

7. Stable and silent chassis

When the dense rack is electrically opened, it moves smoothly and silently. When manually closed, it closes smoothly and silently.
